The Woodshed
Phoenix co-workers make a range of garden accessories and furniture from recycled materials under the supervision of our team. Wooden items are created from repurposed pallet wood, recycled nails and often leftover paint too. The pallets are donated to us , broken down into component parts by the woodshed team and are used to create our core designs and bespoke wooden projects.

Bespoke Pallet Timber Builds
We also undertake bespoke wooden projects made from pallet timber to your required dimensions and have built many items from customers' sketches. This has ranged from log stores, potting benches, wheelie bin stores, accessible raised beds, compost bins, pet houses and more. Partnership Projects
Phoenix has built great relationships with some local organisations, and is delighted to be commissioned to create site specific items. Aside from providing work for our team, this also offers a mutually beneficial relationship going forward. It is particularly rewarding for co-workers to get the opportunity to visit and proudly see the items they have made in situ.
We recycle 18,000 nails each year. They are removed as wooden pallets are broken up, sorted by size and reused to make new products.
We create 120 small bird nesting sites each year by making and selling Phoenix bird houses to go in UK gardens.
Any unusable pallet boards are cut up to fuel our wood burner which heats the factory, drying out paving slabs during colder months.
