Staff & Trustees

We have a small but perfectly formed staff team, where many people wear multiple hats to keep Phoenix thriving. No two days are ever the same, which certainly keeps us on our toes!

As a registered charity and a social enterprise, we are governed by a board of trustees who themselves are volunteers, and have specialist areas of expertise to bring to the organisation. They collectively hold overall accountability helping make decisions to ensure Phoenix, achieves its mission and vision, acts in the best interests of our beneficiaries and remains financially sound.
