This is a classic loaf cake which is always a sell out at our community cafe, a light and zesty sponge, glazed with a tangy, sweet lemon drizzle sugar frosting. Works particually well as a Gluten free cake if required.

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1), Raising Agents (Calcium Phosphates, Sodium Carbonates). Baking spread (Vegetable oils (Rapeseed, Palm, Palm Kernal), Water, Salt, reconstituted Buttermilk, Emulsifier: Mono-and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Acidity regulator: Citric Acid, Flavouring, Colour: Carotenes, Vitamin A, Vitamin D). Eggs. Caster Sugar. Lemon Zest. Lemon Juice.
