A very locally grown lunch

Our lovely volunteer trio of gardening enthusiasts, Janet, Trish and Claire, have breathed new life into our kitchen garden, and enthused our co-workers. These potatoes, along with the salad, and beetroot coleslaw for lunch on Wednesday combined with our home grown lettuce and Nasturtium flower salad on Thursday are a great examples of our “fork to fork” ethos.
