Sew Positive, a local charity, who have been making masks for the NHS, have been able to expand their remit to include charities, and one of our best Christmas presents last year, was a bag full of colourful masks for our co-workers and volunteers, modelled here by Rob, Chas, Norman, Ewan and James.

We would like to thank all those who showed us such wonderful support last year, it has been truly heart-warming. Our Christmas trees and festive wares helped us to end 2020 on a high, and it is going to be a difficult task judging the best dressed tree, with so many fantastic entries.

We have been deemed an essential service during this lockdown, for the support we offer to our co-workers, and consequently it was our intention to stay open during all of November. However, we are coping with acute staff shortages, and therefore, regrettably, the site will be closed until Tuesday, November 17th. During this time, we are still able to take orders by email, but please allow an extra two weeks for orders to be completed. From November 17th until the end of lockdown, we will be working on site, making our products, but closed to visits from customers. However, as above, orders can still be taken, by email and phone, and products can be collected from the site, by appointment, and with strict social distancing procedures in place. There will be no disruption to selling Christmas trees! We appreciate your ongoing custom and support at this difficult time. Thank you from the Phoenix Team
