Stella Page (Secretary) spent her working life in the public sector, starting in teaching in primary and secondary schools, and finishing in IT support in HE. Consequently she has a rather eclectic mix of administrative and IT skills, which she is trying to put to use for Phoenix.
Bev Stoye worked as a Chemistry teacher in local schools for 25 years. She is a Phoenix volunteer, working with our trainees in the kitchen, and strongly believes that social firms play an essential role in our society
Adrian Friend brings considerable leadership and management skills to the Trust having had a career of over 20 years as a commissioned officer in the British Army (Royal Engineers) before transitioning to the private sector, where he now runs a commercial business team in a global GIS mapping software company. Phoenix is the first charity Adrian has directly worked with in such a capacity, and he was motivated to get involved and help after seeing the great work the Trust does.
