Thankyou, Girton Carol Singers.

Girton Carol Singers raise money for charity every Christmas by singing carols around the streets of Girton.  In 2016 they chose us as one of two charities.  They sang for a total of six and a half hours over three evenings, with their final evening being Christmas Eve!    Our share of the proceeds came in at £600, which is fantastic.  Thank you so much for this.

We’ve got some pictures on another page!

Kate founded, and until she retired in mid-2016 ran, Phoenix Milton, a charity-based social enterprise on the outskirts of Cambridge that makes and sells handmade paving and garden accessories. Phoenix provides work experience and employability qualifications for young people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. The judges said: “Kate’s determination to give everyone the opportunity to achieve their potential is awe-inspiring.”
