The current workforce is made up of workers with various degrees of disabilities, others with more severe learning disabilities, work alongside giving assistance.
In time it is envisaged that disadvantaged people will be recruited to manage the overseeing of this workforce, and also to manage the office and sales side of the business.
Currently the Trust is actively looking for additional Trustees and volunteers to ensure we have sustainable growth and support for our beneficiaries in the future.
