During their time with Phoenix Trust Ltd each trainee compiles a portfolio, summarising the experiences they have gained, achievements obtained and personal goals reached. New avenues are explored wherever possible, in order to assist in finding suitable work when they are ready to move on from Phoenix. However, we recognise that the expectations of the majority of mainstream employers are high. We believe that Phoenix Trust Ltd has an important role to play in helping trainees to obtain vital life skills, essential to achieving a better quality of life.
